Panasoca beats Police team in a friendly

Pan Africa Soccer Academy on Friday, August 18, thrash Ho Police team 5-1 in a friendly encounter at the Ho Sports Stadium.

The friendly which was to enhance the moral of the boys ahead of their first game of the second round against Avedzi was played in the morning.

Assistant Coach, Eric Kokutse who took charge, played full attacking game which produced 3 goals in the first half. Humble Tutu got a brace before Michael Degamakpor added the third.

Back from the break, Panasoca didn’t feel complacent as they scored 2 more but after the Police team had gotten a consolation.

Reginald Commodore got his name on the score sheet before Philip Yakah added the last.

Panasoca will be playing their 5th match of the league against Avedzi Utd on Monday, August 21 at the Ho Sports Stadium. The match was shifted from Saturday to Monday as the referees will be attending the funeral of their late regional secretary, John Lornyelawoli Hodzade.

Head Coach Asamoah Dzifa in an interview with Panasoca.com says he expects his boys to repeat the same performance against Avedzi Utd on Monday.

“It was a very good exercise for us. They gave us a very tough opposition but my boys were able to stand it and they did very well. The fact that we scored more doesn't mean they're not good. It's just that, it terms of stamina we were ahead of them.

Once they've been able to score more in the friendly, definitely on Monday, I'm sure they will repeat the same thing.  I'm expecting them to score more against Avedzi Utd.”

Panasoca will have their last training on Saturday morning before playing Avedzi Utd at the Ho Sports Stadium.
