The Language Clinique has successfully organized for the francophone youth studying in Ghana, a tournament named TLC Francophone Cup with the support of the President of the Republic of Ghana, the former Dean of The Diplomatic Corps the Ambassador of Togo to Ghana, The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ghana, The Minister of Youth and Sports of Ghana and the Ghana Football Association at the Accra Sports Stadium between September and December 2010.
